Venus Fly Trap
Location: North America and many marshes
Info: A plant that eats meat, that's what the Venus Fly Trap is.
The plant's "traps" are like a clam, having two halves.
The reason why the Venus Fly Trap is a carnivore is
because it's habitat, marshes, have little to no soil and receive a
diminutive amount of sunlight. The plant cannot get all the nutrients
necessary to survive. Thus, the plant adapted over time and grew jaws to
eat animals.

Pitcher Plant
Location: Where poor soil is at.
Info: The hungriest of all meat eating plants, the pitcher plant has a jug shaped container filled with digestive juices that dissolve any animal that falls inside. Unlike the Venus Fly Trap, the Pitcher Plant does not have movable parts that grab prey. Instead, it attracts animals with it's bright colors and sweet smelling nectar.Once inside, the plant has down sticking hairs and slime that prevent the trapped animal from escaping. Then the plant releases deadly liquefying chemicals.
